We are engaged, as a civilization, in a deadly struggle, and its prosecution is being hampered by twisted thinking and deliberate disinformation. It is fueled by a virulent ideology and by childish self-interest which is rampant, persistent and utterly without moral compass. It constructs lattices of bogosity to obscure our vision. I'll try to help dismantle them...but mostly I'll be venting my spleen.
